The waiting list is assembled from the list of individuals who were not selected during the lottery process.
No new additions are accepted into the waiting list, as the lottery registration process was open for 15 days. Once the Artist Alley is completely full, and all payments have been received, individuals who were not selected will be notified of their waiting list status. People are chosen from the Artist Alley waiting list if space is available, in the same manner the none waiting list process was conducted (Lottery by Product Category). Therefore, each individual has the same placement number on the waiting list.
